PeopleSoft Assessment – IT Service Company
The Customer:
This company’s main business is to optimize a customer’s communications infrastructure and technology investments and to deliver excellence through its Professional and Managed Services (network, remote monitoring and management, systems integration, and network security).
The Problem:
The client required assistance with a PeopleSoft assessment. The objective was to jointly refine an approach that clearly illustrated how the project should be organized and time-phased.
Their requirements were:
- Assist with upgrade and conversion assessment of current PeopleSoft 7.5
installation to 8.8 for finance and supply functions
- Assist with the assessment of a new integration of PeopleSoft at a“Associate” division for finance and supply functions
- Integration and assistance where required with other pre-existing client initiatives
- Provide a substantiated recommendation for the cost, timeline and risk
mitigation for this initiative.
